All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time does NOT include WEEKENDS or HOLIDAYS. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are NOT GUARANTEED .

Ali Hair Co. is NOT RESPONSIBLE for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are UNABLE TO MAKE CHANGES.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the SHIPPING CARRIER DIRECTLY. Ali Hair Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
