Due to the nature of our products, all sales are FINAL and we do NOT offer REFUNDS.

We understand that issues can happen, and we are committed to working with our customers to resolve any legitimate concerns. If you receive an incorrect item, a damaged product, or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 HOURS of delivery..

When reaching out, please include your order number along with clear photos or videos of the issue so our team can review your claim efficiently.

If your claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution. This may include a replacement, store credit, or another solution at our discretion.

To be eligible for review, items must be UNUSED, unworn, and unaltered, with all ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. Lace must remain uncut, and any signs of installation, customization, or wear will void eligibility.
